A splendid private detached villa nestled in the Mediterranean scrub, not far from the crystal clear sea of Salento, Torre Pali.
The villa was built this year, has a wonderful sea view and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The building blends in perfectly with its surroundings thanks to its architecture, which uses local materials reinterpreted in a modern key.
The interiors are finely crafted in a simple style, with warm colours and natural stone materials.

The space
The villa consists of a bright living area with an island kitchen and a living area with a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a dressing area consisting of a second bathroom equipped with every comfort.
All rooms are equipped with ducted air conditioning.
The exterior consists of a large patio where you can dine with a view of the pool and sea, a solarium equipped with a parasol, 4 sun loungers and two deckchairs.
The swimming pool starts from the patio and extends towards the Mediterranean scrub with a depth of 140 cm.
There is a barbecue area on a paved area a few steps away from the rest of the villa.
The entire property enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and the sea of Puglia.
